热熔胶螺杆阀属于中等排量单组份螺杆计量阀，阀的驱动方式采用松下伺服电机，出胶均匀稳定，耐压可达1.5Mpa。控制模式有联控和定量两种，有胶量校准功能，有回吸功能防止滴胶、拉丝。适用于中微量的点胶、涂胶、灌胶，尤其适合硅胶类密封条涂胶、导热泥等中高粘度介质的点胶、涂胶，以及中低粘度的大流量灌胶。
